            ESE Palo Duro Canyon. Camera footage and 
            pictures shows moving water over the roads 
            in Palo Duro Canyon State Park. Park EM sent 
            picture with depth gauge showing 2.75 feet 
            of water over the roads at 750 pm. Multiple 
            road closures within the park.
