            *** 1 FATAL *** 
            Two people were in a drainage area during 
            heavy rainfall when they were swept 
            downstream. One person escaped while another 
            drowned, with police and fire crew 
            recovering the body at San Pedro Creek near 
            West Quincy Street. Time is estimated.
