Neches River at Neches River Saltwater Barrier.
From this morning until further notice.
At 7.0 feet, Water begins to go over Bigner Road into the saltwater barrier. Water also cuts off most access to the Four Oaks Ranch Road downstream of Four Oaks boat launch. Flooding of Colliers Ferry Park and secondary roads near the river can be expected.
