            damage to a shed on the northwest side of 
            Odessa. Other reports posted on social media 
            showed limbs down near Sherwood and some 
            damage to fencing. The time of occurrence is 
            estimated from radar.

            Broadcast media posted videos of flash 
            flooding at 42nd Street and Dixie Blvd in 
            Odessa. Multiple vehicles were stranded in 
            the flood waters.
