            Shift water rescue as a vehicle was swept 
            off the road at the West Nueces River low 
            water crossing on RM 674, occurring well 
            after the heavy rain had ended. Rescue was 
            documented on video, and timing is based on 
            the lighting in the video sometime just 
            after sunset.
